As-is grade: Buying as-is? Those units go as seen and carry no watertight promise. Only cargo-worthy and new single-trip stock is checked wind and watertight.

Cropping around Cecil Plains, Pittsworth and Millmerran means drums of spray chemical; contractors out past Chinchilla and Miles carry fuel and oils; every engineering shop has solvents on a shelf. Bunded, vented storage is ordinary demand here rather than a special order.
